Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end federal implementations: discovery, scoping, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and post-launch support.
  • •Lead onboarding for agency stakeholders and career staff, translating needs into rollout plans that can survive live agency conditions.
  • •Work within classification and data-handling constraints, coordinating with engineering on what can be built and how.
  • •Translate field patterns back to Product and Engineering: edge cases, workflow gaps, and day-one needs beyond RFPs.
  • •Act as connective tissue between implementation and engineers building against Foundry, AIP, and Maven Smart System to ensure shipped work matches promised outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance required.
  • •United States citizenship required for eligibility.
  • •5+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or a product-adjacent delivery role with multi-stakeholder rollout ownership.
  • •Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and system configurations; able to discuss integration tradeoffs with engineers.
  • •Comfort operating in classified or accredited environments (or ability to quickly learn compliance/data-handling constraints).
