Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics.
  • •Support new joiners from offer letter through their first day and beyond.
  • •Keep HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • •Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day-to-day HR processes.
  • •Create HR letters, reports, and documents, and get involved in HR projects to improve how work is done.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in HR, Management, or a related area, or hands-on experience that demonstrates your skills.
  • •Fluency in French is mandatory and used to support HR operations for France.
  • •Strong communication skills that are clear, confident, and approachable.
  • •A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure where needed.
  • •Confidence using Excel, Word, and Outlook, with Workday or ServiceNow experience as a plus.
