Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments.
  • •Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP).
  • •Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits).
  • •Support line managers and employees on HR topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Education in Human Resources or similar
  • •At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
  • •Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor), up to date HR knowledge
  • •Proficient in French and English
  • •Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking
