Customer Service Representative (Full Time) - Plano

Provide courteous, prompt customer service in the Bank’s Customer Service Center by answering calls, resolving questions and complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Assist customers with checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, internet banking, debit cards, and credit cards. Explain and present bank products and services while meeting call quality goals, following bank policies, and protecting customer privacy.
