Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs supporting Anduril products.
  • •Apply design standards and guidelines to create high-reliability, highly manufacturable assemblies.
  • •Implement mixed-signal, digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power design combinations while managing signal integrity.
  • •Lead internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and quality fabrication/assembly outputs.
  • •Develop PCB design team processes, including part creation and library/database standards, and coordinate external design resources during surges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar and 5+ years of professional PCB design experience, or 10+ years of PCB design experience.
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices for each design.
  • •Expertise applying relevant IPC standards and CID/CID+ certification.
  • •Expertise in PCB fabrication processes, limitations, design rules, and best practices.
  • •Experience with Altium Designer; ability to manage component libraries and ensure boards are built to print and BOM with multiple fab and assembly houses.
