Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a domain/subdomain and define the 0–6 month technical roadmap.
  • •Partner with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency across services and roadmap delivery.
  • •Ensure reliability, availability, and security of platform systems; maintain operational readiness (support, SLAs, on-call rotas, documentation).
  • •Manage execution and delivery by planning sprints, balancing priorities, and overseeing overall project health and incident ownership.
  • •Lead and develop engineers: set performance expectations, run performance reviews, coach the team, and support hiring, growth, and retention while partnering with product on alignment.
