Key Responsibilities

  • •Review furniture plans, architectural drawings, and interior design documents for accuracy and alignment with program requirements.
  • •Validate finish palettes and furniture selections against brand standards and project goals.
  • •Track design review comments and ensure timely updates to drawing sets and approvals across stakeholders.
  • •Maintain CAD files for existing sites and support occasional test fits; update project documentation and workflows (RFIs, deliverables, scheduling, document control).
  • •Develop and maintain workplace design guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across projects and regions.
