Job Summary

Coordinate workplace design activities for global offices within the GREWS team. Partner with designers, vendors, and project managers to review architectural and interior documents, validate finish palettes against brand standards, and track design comments, decisions, and approvals. Maintain and update AutoCAD/CAD files and project documentation workflows, including RFIs and risk logs, while developing and maintaining workplace design guidelines across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Review furniture plans, architectural drawings, and interior design documents for accuracy and alignment with program requirements.
•Validate finish palettes and furniture selections against brand standards and project goals.
•Track design review comments and ensure timely updates to drawing sets and approvals across stakeholders.
•Maintain CAD files for existing sites and support occasional test fits; update project documentation and workflows (RFIs, deliverables, scheduling, document control).
•Develop and maintain workplace design guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment across projects and regions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 110,000 annually
