Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete structured onboarding and technical training in financial modeling, valuation, financial statement analysis, performance reporting, IPO readiness, and related tools and systems.
  • •Complete at least two portfolio company rotations (typically 12–15 months each), supporting finance and/or operations priorities based on needs.
  • •Support strategic, operational, and transaction-related initiatives such as FP&A, corporate development, IPO preparation, risk management, merger integration, and operational improvement efforts.
  • •Partner with portfolio company management teams and collaborate with Blackstone Finance, Deal, and Asset Management professionals on business priorities.
  • •Participate in mentorship, conferences, and networking opportunities, while representing Blackstone with professionalism and strong execution.
