Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, provide recommendations or descriptions, and answer questions about menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions, and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
  • •Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy in order delivery and presentation.
  • •Monitor tables for additional needs such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and providing condiments or utensils.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, including 2 years relevant experience.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and address inquiries.
  • •Ability to take accurate orders and enter them into the restaurant point-of-sale system.
  • •Capacity to handle guest complaints or concerns promptly while adhering to restaurant policies.
  • •High school diploma in a Food and Beverage related course.
