Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management and quantity surveying for a large, mission-critical data center construction program, serving as a key day-to-day client interface. Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans, and estimating/benchmarking analyses across design and construction phases. Review contractor submissions, manage change orders, and produce cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments. Support procurement and commercial negotiations while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
