Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets and cost plans throughout data center design and construction phases.
  • •Prepare estimating, cost planning, and benchmarking analyses from concept through completion.
  • •Review and reconcile contractor, subcontractor, and consultant cost submissions; support payment applications and final account negotiations.
  • •Lead change order management, including evaluation, negotiation, and recommendation of change requests.
  • •Produce and present cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost risk assessments, and support procurement and commercial negotiations for the client.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management within construction.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale construction projects and producing estimating, cost plans, and monthly cost reporting for complex work.
  • •Strong understanding of construction delivery methods, procurement strategies, value engineering, and cost controls.
  • •Preferred: RICS accreditation (MRICS) or working toward chartership; consulting experience with a construction consultancy is strongly preferred.
