Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of dealership Service and Parts operations to meet revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and use KPI analysis to implement action plans.
  • •Enforce operating standards including standardized work, 5S, and safety protocols; monitor warranty compliance and claim recovery.
  • •Ensure facilities are maintained and compliant with brand and OEM standards, manage facilities vendors, and coordinate maintenance and capital projects.
  • •Serve as primary liaison with OEM representatives on service, parts, facility compliance, warranties, recalls, and inspections while leading and developing up to 50 associates and managers.
