  • •Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, documentation issues, billing/payment application errors, disputes, and program changes.
  • •Contact customers about past-due receivables, determine reasons for non-payment, and decide on credit holds when needed; handle related phone support.
  • •Monitor an assigned customer portfolio to mitigate loss exposure by ensuring compliance with approved credit lines; recommend and prepare changes and over-line approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required; BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or another business degree preferred.
  • •1-3 years of experience in collections or a customer service role (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • •Experience related to risk analysis and receivable collection is a plus.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams, sales representatives, commercial offices, plants, and customers.
  • •PC literacy and basic Microsoft Office literacy required.
