•Lead structured discovery and stakeholder workshops to define business objectives, pain points, and transformation opportunities.
•Translate business intent into capability models, BPMN process architectures, epics, and user stories, and define future-state operating models and end-to-end processes.
•Own requirements lifecycle management from ideation through backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria, ensuring outcome-to-solution traceability.
•Advise on Salesforce OOTB vs. customization, drive functional solution design across relevant Salesforce clouds, and partner with technical architects and delivery teams for scalable solutions.
•Develop transformation roadmaps and value realization frameworks tied to KPIs, support pre-sales solution shaping and proposal development, and mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.

•Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and design trade-offs (configuration vs. customization).
•Experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), with exposure to Commerce/Revenue/Data Cloud preferred.
