Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals, watch collections, references, features, prices, and sales pitches
  • •Stay up-to-date on competitor products and industry trends to provide insights and support informed purchasing decisions
  • •Deliver superior client experience by welcoming clients, adapting communication style, and using active listening to capture needs
  • •Engage clients through storytelling and emotional connection to build respectful and loyal relationships
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures (including IT tools, security, retail operations, administration, and data protection) while upholding dress and grooming standards

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury watch industry
  • •Previous experience managing client relationships and providing luxury retail client experience, including handling complaints effectively
  • •Fluent English language skills; Arabic is a plus
  • •Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
