Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular inspections of traffic management measures, signage, markings, and signals on road construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
•Review traffic management plans, temporary traffic diversions, and work zone layouts to identify potential risks, hazards, and congestion points, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
•Monitor traffic flow and patterns near construction sites, assessing the impact of construction activities on road users, pedestrians, and neighboring communities.
•Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, local authorities, and law enforcement agencies, to coordinate traffic management strategies and minimize disruptions to traffic.
•Implement traffic control measures, such as lane closures, detours, and temporary traffic signals, in accordance with approved plans and safety protocols.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications or licenses in traffic management are advantageous.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in traffic management, transportation planning, or related fields, with a focus on road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects.
•Proven track record of working with top international construction consultants and ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and standards.
•Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, traffic control devices, and traffic management techniques.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
