Job Summary

CRM campaign lead within the Marketing Merchants team, responsible for defining and deploying CRM programs to improve merchant insights, optimize performance, and deliver personalized experiences across communications channels. You’ll orchestrate emailing/SMS campaigns, automate merchant journeys, analyze KPIs, and keep ahead of CRM trends, collaborating with Market/ Product teams to drive engagement and growth for Edenred Montrouge.

Key Responsibilities

•Orchestrate emailing and SMS campaigns (50%) by coordinating stakeholders, creating engaging HTML emails, writing content (with AI support), running A/B tests, and managing targeting to ensure coherence and effectiveness of communications.
•Automate merchant experiences (20%) by designing and optimizing segmented marketing automation journeys based on lifecycle and merchant behaviors, collaborating with the Market Lead and Product Owner.
•Analyze and optimize performance (20%) by tracking campaign KPIs, producing detailed reports, identifying improvement levers (timing, formats, content), and implementing corrective actions to maximize engagement.
•Stay ahead of CRM trends (10%) by performing competitive benchmarking and adopting market innovations to enrich strategy.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall marketing and product roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in operational CRM
•Bachelor or higher in Marketing or related field
•Proficiency with at least one CRM tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot)
•SQL and HTML skills
•Strong KPI literacy and ability to manage campaigns end-to-end
