Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
  • •Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual/commercial commitments are met.
  • •Develop, maintain, and govern comprehensive project plans, with requirements tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage project/program risks and issues, making adjustments as needed and securing senior leadership alignment.
  • •Provide delivery and technical leadership for Microsoft solution engagements, guide delivery teams on best practices, and contribute to architecture/integration discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of total working experience with implementation delivery in SI services.
  • •Experience managing fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects with strong governance across scope, planning, financial control, risk, and delivery execution.
  • •Experience in the Banking domain, including AML/KYC, Name Screening, and Transaction Monitoring within SDLC/SI services.
  • •Strong project management capabilities to develop timelines and execute per plan, with deep understanding of contract terms and customer expectations management.
  • •Confident stakeholder engagement at CXO/business leadership level, handling escalations and leading/mentoring team members.
