  • •Ensure birds are hung properly by two legs and correct one-legged birds by manually hanging them by both legs.
  • •Remove one-legged birds from the table or shackle and place them onto a rack for manual evisceration by floor help.
  • •Adjust picking line speed to prevent pile-up on the belt while keeping eviscerating lines full.
  • •Operate the light system that communicates with live hangers.
