Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in SG&A forecasting and budgeting processes (AFP, FCST, SBP) and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • •Perform ongoing variance analysis explaining differences between actuals and budget/forecast/prior years.
  • •Prepare and distribute regular SG&A budget tracking and reporting, highlighting KPIs and metrics.
  • •Update month-end cluster reporting for Global FP&A and internal EU meetings, ensuring data accuracy and consolidated commentary.
  • •Support interim Sr FP&A Manager with ad hoc requests and EU reporting, collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather insights.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Finance or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in financial or business planning, forecasting, and analysis.
  • •Experience with Essbase and SAP.
