Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of software engineers owning Production Engineering services and addressing cross-team engineering problems.
  • •Transform complex, loosely defined issues into focused engineering goals and support strong technical decision-making through close involvement.
  • •Set priorities, establish psychological safety, coach engineers directly, and help build organizational fluency and influence.
  • •Define Core’s next phase by setting focus, priorities, and problems the team takes on, as projects roll off from Reliability Foundations.
  • •Build and reuse engineering practices by capturing lessons from individual work and turning them into standards and reusable capability with broader impact.
