Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate automated and semi-automatic welding machines per procedures.
  • •Load and unload materials, components, and assemblies into welding fixtures.
  • •Monitor machine operation to ensure weld quality, production efficiency, and production rates.
  • •Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting; identify and report malfunctions and process issues.
  • •Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines, maintain housekeeping standards using 5S, and minimize scrap, rework, and downtime.

Key Requirements
