Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage building projects from inception through completion, including design, procurement, site delivery, and commissioning phases.
  • •Collaborate with the wider project management team to deliver capital investment projects.
  • •Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring client objectives are understood and achieved.
  • •Lead project management commissions with accountability for successful project delivery.
  • •Plan, direct, and supervise project activities for moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact.

Key Requirements

  • •A postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • •Currently working towards Chartered status with SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or Engineers Ireland.
  • •Membership of, or affiliation with, the Association for Project Management (APM) (advantageous).
  • •Experience within the buildings sector.
  • •Recent experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 0–7.
