Director - Agency Securities Lending

Lead the Agency Securities Lending platform for Interactive National Trust Bank, managing daily equity and/or fixed income lending activity, pricing, allocations, and inventory deployment. Own and grow key streetside relationships with brokers, primes, and hedge funds, negotiating pricing, structures, and terms while driving revenue, spread, and balance-sheet efficiency. Enforce desk-level risk and limit frameworks and supervise junior traders/analysts.
