Job Summary

Technical Lead for the Video Department’s Embedded Linux team, responsible for guiding ARM-based embedded Linux development, kernel and driver work, and integration of SDK/BSP with C++. Leads architecture alignment with hardware constraints, drives defect investigations and performance optimization, and mentors developers while collaborating with Hardware, Mechanical, QA, Video System, and Production teams.

•Provide technical leadership for embedded solutions development on ARM platforms and supervise kernel-level development and low-level integration
•Ensure integration of SDK/BSP with application layer implemented in C++
•Align software architecture with hardware constraints and requirements
•Organize processes for root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and system diagnostics
•Collaborate with Hardware, Mechanical, QA, Video System, and Production teams and support supplier tech-support for ARM platforms, ISP, DSP
