Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate logistics and material sustainment activities for the Qatar NASAMS program to ensure timely availability of spares, consumables, and repair parts.
  • •Develop and execute logistics plans and strategies supporting the Long-Term Sustainment (LTS) Contract and program objectives.
  • •Oversee material planning, forecasting, and procurement efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels and readiness.
  • •Monitor and manage the supply chain to support on-time delivery and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • •Manage and develop a logistics team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and report performance to leadership and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant logistics/supply chain/materials management experience, or an advanced degree and 6+ years.
  • •Experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management within complex programs/environments.
  • •Demonstrated sustainment experience in defense or aerospace programs (international program experience preferred).
  • •Experience functioning as a Control Account Manager (CAM), including EAC support, forecasting, and risk/opportunity management.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
