Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product cost and improve the customer experience.
  • •Develop new product supply chain and support NPI procurement and tool development.
  • •Own new product quoting processes and cost management across component, subassembly and CM level.
  • •Drive a global tooling strategy in support of current and future business, prioritizing both capacity and cost.
  • •Establish supply readiness to ensure material availability to support production ramp.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing for a hardware device company with a demonstrated track record of leadership in execution of large-scale programs managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field.
  • •Experience in global supply chain/manufacturing positions with relevant knowledge of contract manufacturing and supplier commodity management.
  • •Demonstrated experience in quickly adapting and learning new technologies and creating a solid understanding of operational challenges of complex systems.
  • •Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
