Manager Information Security (m/w/d)

Lead and manage Thales Deutschland’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) across its lifecycle, in close alignment with the CISO. You’ll develop and steer ISMS processes, coordinate cross-functional risk and threat analyses (including incidents, vulnerabilities, and change needs), and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. You also report security status to leadership, manage stakeholder alignment, and plan security awareness and training for executives and employees.
