Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, steer, and maintain the ISMS including risk management and tracking corrective actions.
  • •Regularly report information security status to CBU/Domain management and the CISO, and advise relevant stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate risk, threat, incident, vulnerability, change, and protection-needs analyses with the CISO.
  • •Define, monitor, and continuously optimize security-relevant processes, security objectives, and measures, including effectiveness checks.
  • •Manage information-security-relevant incidents with internal and international stakeholders and coordinate security awareness and training activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of information security and common standards/frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz, NIST, NIS2).
  • •Experience conducting risk analyses and audits, and managing information security risks.
  • •Project and stakeholder management skills, with effective collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • •Analytical, structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong quality mindset.
  • •Very good German (CEFR C2) and English (CEFR C1) plus ideally relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP, CISM, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
