Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of Operations Program Managers spanning NPI and Sustaining programs, bridging product innovation and global manufacturing excellence across the full lifecycle.
  • •Drive supply chain readiness for new product launches and sustaining programs, ensuring delivery on schedule, scale, cost, and quality from EVT through high-volume mass production. Owning programs end to end.
  • •Oversee on-the-ground factory operations and own executive-level relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), ensuring KPIs for yield, quality, and throughput are consistently met or exceeded across all programs.
  • •Lead NPI program execution from concept through PRQ, partnering with Engineering and Product Management on supplier down-selections, launch strategy, and ramp planning.
  • •Lead the Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) framework, making high-stakes decisions on product changes necessitated by material shortages, quality improvements, or cost-reduction initiatives.
