Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pressure vessel pneumatic/hydro and weld inspection per Trane procedures and ASME requirements.
  • •Spot weld nameplates to pressure vessels per Trane procedures and ASME requirements.
  • •Review and accept/reject repair procedures per Trane procedures and ASME requirements, as needed.
  • •Maintain pressure vessel test logs and forms.
  • •Perform PT/MT NDE, receiving inspection of ASME parts, and make ASME nameplates as needed.

  • •Experience reading blueprints (weld symbols) and units of measure (standard and metric).
