Key Responsibilities

•Support the Lead Consultant on client assignments or act as Lead Consultant, owning project management to support client service delivery
•Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team
•Collaborate with actuarial and broking teams to prepare and deliver relevant analysis
•Own vendor management and conduct plan document reviews
•Coach and guide junior staff while resolving client issues under Account Executive oversight

Key Requirements

•Three plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry with a strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered to clients

•Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)
