Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-RFP business capture activities by providing technical expertise to BD teams, participating in industry day events and customer Q&A, and supporting RFI responses.
  • •Craft compelling and compliant proposal responses, including basis of estimate/staffing models and status/briefings for senior executives up through C-suite.
  • •Coordinate solutioning sessions with technical experts and develop CONOPS, graphical concepts, and SWOT analyses, including risk identification and mitigations.
  • •Partner with the Proposal Team on RFP responses and support oral proposals as a presenter or evaluator during practice sessions.
  • •Maintain technical knowledge currency and support project teams, retaining awareness of Federal Government and DoD initiatives to recommend solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in technical roles with collaboration and communication with senior-level customers, including 6+ years supporting business capture activities with written and oral response development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference for engineering, computer science, or IT management fields of study.
  • •Ability to research and develop technical solutions to complex problems across software engineering and data architecture/engineering scenarios.
  • •Experience designing enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, cloud solutions, software-defined networking, load balancing, zero trust, WAN optimization, network encryption).
  • •Experience supporting DoD continuous ATO and Zero Trust processes, including vulnerability identification, tracking, reporting, resolution, and accreditation documentation.
