Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with underwriting and managing debt capital CRE commits to its client base across program verticals.
  • •Develop credit assessments using research and evaluations across client, competitor, property segment, and market/industry risk trends.
  • •Coordinate with portfolio, relationship, product, and risk teams to deliver capital and strategic ideas to CRE clients.
  • •Support monitoring of credit profiles and exposure levels across portfolios after closing debt-funded transactions.
  • •Work with assigned senior credit leaders and gradually take more ownership of client interaction and credit delivery.
