Remote Dealer Services Specialist II – Southern Virginia

Serve as a customer-facing wholesale inventory specialist, building strong dealer relationships across Manheim channels and locations. Coordinate the sales process, use data to drive successful transactions, and provide consultative guidance on sales performance using valuation and market insights. Coach clients on tool usage and marketplace policies, resolve issues end-to-end with responsiveness and ownership, and partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service levels and customer care support.
