Job Summary

Implement, configure, and support Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions across core HR, payroll, and talent modules. Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement end-to-end Infor HCM solutions by configuring modules, security roles, and supporting data migration and validation.
  • •Conduct requirement gathering workshops and analyze current HR processes to recommend best-practice solutions via fit-gap analysis.
  • •Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and test scenarios; support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
  • •Provide AMS support by resolving incidents and service requests, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting quarterly upgrades and release testing.
  • •Support integrations and automation by monitoring interfaces and integration jobs and working with APIs, XML/JSON, and SQL reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Infor Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
  • •Experience with one or more HCM areas such as Core HR, Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service, Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance/Goals, Learning & Development, or Workforce Management.
  • •Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops and analyze current HR processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Strong functional consulting skills including fit-gap analysis, creating functional design documents, and supporting UAT/training/go-live.
  • •Knowledge of payroll and benefits areas including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
