Freight Operations Supervisor (Alexandria, EG)

Oversee end-to-end freight operations to ensure shipments are delivered and handled to Aramex quality and service standards. Coordinate with customers on pre-alerts and clearance documentation, follow up with vendors, and provide shipment updates. Use Excel reports and the Aramex CargoWise system to create and manage shipments, coordinate transportation with truckers, collect invoices, and finalize job costing with receipts.
