Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the scaling of the machine learning inference system and architect/maintain the supporting infrastructure.
  • •Design and implement scalable, highly available model serving infrastructure for 150+ biological ML models.
  • •Work with Kubernetes and other tools to orchestrate containerized workloads and optimize resource allocation.
  • •Collaborate with founders to align infrastructure with customer needs and unpredictable workloads.
  • •Solve novel technical challenges in a fast-paced startup and contribute to evolving systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 250,000 annually

  • •Experience with containerization and orchestration concepts.
  • •Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • •Located in the SF Bay Area or able to relocate to the Bay Area.
  • •Onsite expectation: Team currently onsite in SF ~5 days/week.
