Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to long-term strategies for HPC, AI, ML, and data-intensive research support; identify emerging technologies and advise leadership.
•Oversee a team supporting traditional HPC workflows and emerging AI workloads, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
•Provide advanced technical support for scientific computing applications and AI/ML workflows; troubleshoot complex computational issues with researchers.
•Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HPC and AI/ML environments; optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
•Develop documentation and best-practice guides; deliver training workshops and establish performance metrics and service levels.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, or another related academic discipline with knowledge of relevant laws.
•Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
•Provide advanced technical support for scientific computing applications, HPC workflows, AI/ML workflows, and infrastructure.
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex computational issues in collaboration with researchers.
•Manage and guide a team, including prioritizing tasks, coaching/mentoring, and performance appraisals.
