Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle all responsibilities of New Call/Follow Up Dispatcher I & II.
  • •Manage the day-to-day operational needs of Major Events, ensuring high-level service for approvals, payouts, documents, pictures, and serious incidents.
  • •Ensure timely handling of repairs and customer equipment instructions, including estimates.
  • •Process COD payment of invoices timely and accurately and ensure correct billing is selected and communicated.
  • •Communicate directly with customers, drivers, service providers, and co-workers; consult supervisors/lead when issues arise and proactively update stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • •Minimum one year in the previous role of New Call/Follow Up Dispatcher II.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong computer/phone skills, fast typing, data entry, email, and multitasking.
  • •Flexibility with schedule and ability to handle multiple projects with a high sense of urgency.
  • •Great communication skills by phone, email, and in person, with good organizational and team player skills.
