Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and enforce secure cloud foundations, including IAM/access controls, org policies, private connectivity, and secret management.
  • •Provision Kubernetes clusters on demand and run autoscaling that keeps platform costs efficient at scale.
  • •Build and operate end-to-end CI/CD with build/test, security scanning, and progressive rollout (canary/blue-green).
  • •Implement observability (metrics/logs/traces) and drive resilience through tested backup/restore and disaster recovery.
  • •Improve developer experience and operations via automation and self-service, on-call rotation/incident leadership, and engineering practice (mentoring, runbooks, technical reviews).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • •Strong cloud fundamentals with production experience on major providers such as GCP or AWS.
  • •In-depth Kubernetes expertise across scheduling, networking, storage, and failure behavior.
  • •Owned CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning and progressive delivery.
  • •Deep Linux, networking, and distributed systems skills with ability to debug production issues using metrics, logs, and traces.
