Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and track electrification initiatives across the network, ensuring alignment with operational and business priorities
  • •Support broader network planning activities by tracking cross-functional actions, operational goals, and leadership follow-ups across FC and AMZL
  • •Maintain centralized visibility of action items, risks, dependencies, and milestones to support execution across stakeholders
  • •Partner with Finance teams on cost tracking, investment visibility, forecasting inputs, and performance reporting for network initiatives
  • •Prepare and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) including data consolidation, metric validation, and action tracking

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in program management, operations, planning, or business analytics
  • •Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
