Job Summary

Lead financial support for the F135 Development Program within the ME F135 Program Financial Support (PFS) organization. Own contract and financial performance activities including sales, margin, cash deliverables, variance analysis, risk/opportunity assessment, and program resource stewardship and compliance. Manage ad-hoc requests from USG, FP&A, audits, and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement using finance analytics tools to support PMO and PFS deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a business advisor and change agent for financial performance of F135 development contracts with the U.S. Government.
•Drive financial performance deliverables for Sales, Margin, and Cash, including monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis.
•Assess risk and opportunities by evaluating contract requirements and financial implications and supporting mitigation and realization.
•Ensure financial controls and compliance as a steward of program resources and assets in line with contract terms and RTX/P&W/ME policies.
•Handle ad-hoc requests for financial data from USG, FP&A, Internal/External Audit, and other company stakeholders; leverage tools and process improvement to support PMO and PFS deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 10+ years of experience in accounting or finance; or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
•Must be a U.S. citizen.
•Provide financial analysis supporting contract performance and funding analysis for program execution.
•Demonstrated ability to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables with variance analysis for Sales, Margin, and Cash.
•Experience with financial analysis and working within a financial organization (SAP and related tools preferred).
