The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Cherry Creek Shopping Center

Direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience aligned with brand values. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connections while following company standards. Coach staff, supervise floor coverage (including openings/closings), support financial and operational objectives, and help ensure compliance and visual merchandising execution. Participate in cross-functional leadership training.
