  • •Design, implement, and maintain standardized process workflows across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle
  • •Build and maintain the ESM Supplier Management Knowledge Base, ensuring accuracy and enterprise-wide adoption
  • •Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding modules, and continuous learning sessions
  • •Establish standardized metrics, performance dashboards, and review frameworks in partnership with risk and compliance teams

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Sourcing, Contracting or Third Party Supplier Management
  • •At least 1 year of experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, or enterprise training programs
  • •3+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Procurement, Contracting, or Third Party Supplier Manager within a regulated industry
  • •Experience building and maintaining enterprise knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
