•Own and scale a diverse channel mix for the German market, from ideation to end-to-end performance measurement and budgeting.
•Project-lead for new channel launches (e.g., Native Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads), coordinating with design, compliance and copywriting from ideation to rollout.
•Build direct placement networks with publishers targeting German SME decision-makers, managing end-to-end commercial relationships.
•Own the conversion journey on paid landing pages, designing and executing an experimentation roadmap to turn traffic into leads.
•Develop lean, scalable processes and integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making across channels.

•Essential: Fluent in German (required – essential for the DE market, publisher relationships, and creative work).
•Essential: Fluent in English (company working language).
•Essential: Strong analytical skills – you're comfortable turning campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations.
•Essential: Experience designing and running A/B tests, with a solid understanding of test design and statistical significance.
