Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion, meeting client expectations, quality standards, and budget targets.
  • •Provide team leadership by mentoring junior project managers and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture with structured feedback and performance reviews.
  • •Own project strategy and governance, including KPIs, reporting structures, controls for quality/safety/compliance/risk, and design development direction.
  • •Oversee project controls across schedule, cost, risk, and change management, and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards for leadership decisions.
  • •Manage financial oversight including budgeting, cost drivers/variations, support commercial negotiations, and administer invoicing processes using D-365 while ensuring compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction-related degree (e.g., project management, construction management, design, engineering) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management or construction projects.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
  • •Strong business acumen to drive client outcomes and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines.
  • •Experience in client management with skills in value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
