Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand strategic and operational goals for the assigned territory and distribution partners using data/analytics, local marketplace info, and competitor knowledge.
  • •Proactively identify and implement actions to achieve territory goals, including leading new business and transfer processes and managing commitments for production delivery.
  • •Leverage tools and resources (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, dashboards and reporting) to increase operational efficiency.
  • •Gather partner feedback and share continuous improvement opportunities with business partners across the company.
  • •Complete annual planning for appropriate partners, document agreements in Salesforce, and hold partners accountable; lead portfolio management meetings to drive profitability and revenue growth.

Key Requirements
