Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •12+ years full-stack development, including 3+ years as a technical lead owning delivery, mentoring, requirement shaping, and planning/estimation.
  • •Strong enterprise web app experience with C#/.NET and modern JavaScript/UI engineering (including Angular; familiarity with jQuery).
  • •Strong software design excellence with OOP, design patterns, and clean maintainable coding practices.
  • •Proven delivery practices with CI/CD & release engineering, including hands-on Azure DevOps Boards/Pipelines; security-by-design skills and cross-functional collaboration.
