Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute shipboard installation, removal, modification, and testing of C4I, electronic, and electrical systems per NAVSEA standards, cableway specs, and engineering drawings.
  • •Perform inside plant cable pulling, multi-pin connector termination, rack populating, cable routing/banding/labeling, and pre-installation staging for communication suites.
  • •Assist with system-level evaluations and troubleshooting, including power checks, continuity checks, and fiber/copper testing across active naval systems.
  • •Flex between multiple maritime installation programs (CTII, CIVMAR, SCORP, SEAWATCH, ILMS, STRS3) based on task schedules and shipyard milestones.
  • •Enforce emergency action plans and OSHA maritime standards, maintain tag-out procedures and environmental hazard precautions, and keep accurate daily logs and time-recording.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25.39 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 4–6 years of progressive C4I shipboard integration or electronics maintenance experience, or an associate degree with 2+ years of experience.
  • •Ability to interpret NAVSEA/DoD installation drawings and perform independent troubleshooting.
  • •Experience building complex harnesses/connectors and overseeing testing procedures.
  • •U.S. citizenship eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and pass background checks.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted rapid access badging (DBIDS) for local military bases and private/naval shipyards.
