Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems in the paint shop, including ovens, conveyors, robots, pumps, and ventilation units to minimize production disruption
  • •Diagnose mechanical malfunctions, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to support maintenance team during emergencies
  • •Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new paint shop equipment and mechanical systems per OEM specs and safety standards
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare daily/monthly reports for mechanical activities
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and improve energy efficiency and safety

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • •5–8 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in an automotive paint shop
  • •Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • •Familiarity with TPM, CMMS tools (SAP PM or similar), and lean maintenance practices
  • •Hands-on experience with robotic systems (FANUC, Dürr, ABB) is desirable
