Payroll Delivery Specialist

Own payroll deliveries for the Swedish market within SEB’s Workforce Management and Payroll team. Ensure accurate, timely payroll services by maintaining personnel data in HR systems, processing salary calculations, and handling Swedish taxation, reporting, and payroll-related analysis. Support internal and external reporting and perform statistics and analysis, while continuously contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
